Cancellations:
Cancellation of any order placed, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with our merchandise for whatever reason, and it is not defective, damaged or discontinued, we ask that you return the merchandise at your own expense within one month from the date on invoice. Please take care to package the merchandise well to prevent damage in return shipment to us.
All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Customers will be liable for shipping and restocking fees on ALL returned or refused orders. All returns MUST be authorized before being sent back. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee with the remainder balance issued as a credit to be used with us at www.autumnleighs.com.
Refunds will not be processed for improper placement, improper burning, clearance, or discontinued items. These returns are non-negotiable and are not refundable or restockable.
Sales Tax:
