Ordering Info:

We only sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. A copy of your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate on file.

Any item purchased with the intention of resale may NOT be altered in any way. The tags and/or labels which include the Autumn Leigh's Country Candle logo, contact information, web address, etc. MUST be left intact and attached to the product.

Free samples are not available. If you would like to sample our products prior to placing a wholesale order, please make your purchases through our site. Your sample purchase will then go toward your wholesale order minimum.

Minimum Order Policy:

Your first wholesale order will have a $100 minimum and all reorders will carry a $50 minimum. Our products also carry minimum order levels which are listed on the wholesale website. Minimum of 2 each per fragrance. One case holds 12 Half Pint candles. ALL orders must be in case quantity (multiples of 12). Example: 12, 24, 36 Half Pints NOT 6 Half Pints or 16 Half Pints.

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders outside of the local area will be shipped at actual cost by the buyers chosen method. If buyer does not state preference, then items will be shipped USPS Priority. All orders within a 50 mile radius of Odell, Nebraska have the following options:

- We can arrange a drop-off of your order for a $25 delivery fee.

- You can choose to have it shipped by your preferred method. If no preference is stated then we will ship USPS Priority.

Please allow 2-4 business weeks for delivery depending on order size and time of year.

 
Insurance:

We require that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we can NOT be held responsible for products lost or damaged by the shipping company.

Payment Policy:

For wholesale accounts, we accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal.com. All accounts are billed prior to shipping and are due in FULL before orders are poured with the exception of shipping cost, which will be billed immediately after the order is shipped.

Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with our merchandise for whatever reason, and it is not defective, damaged or discontinued, we ask that you return the merchandise at your own expense within one month from the date on invoice. Please take care to package the merchandise well to prevent damage in return shipment to us.

All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 25% restocking fee assessed. Customers will be liable for shipping and restocking fees on ALL returned or refused orders. All returns MUST be authorized before being sent back. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee with the remainder balance issued as a credit to be used with us at www.autumnleighs.com.

Refunds will not be processed for improper placement, improper burning or display of candles, clearanced or discontinued items. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or strong florescent lighting or candles exposed to extreme heat are non-negotiable and are not refundable or restockable.

Wholesale Agreement:

By submitting your wholesale order(s), the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
