| Insurance: We require that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we can NOT be held responsible for products lost or damaged by the shipping company.   Payment Policy: For wholesale accounts, we accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal.com. All accounts are billed prior to shipping and are due in FULL before orders are poured with the exception of shipping cost, which will be billed immediately after the order is shipped. Returns: If you are dissatisfied with our merchandise for whatever reason, and it is not defective, damaged or discontinued, we ask that you return the merchandise at your own expense within one month from the date on invoice. Please take care to package the merchandise well to prevent damage in return shipment to us. All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 25% restocking fee assessed. Customers will be liable for shipping and restocking fees on ALL returned or refused orders. All returns MUST be authorized before being sent back. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee with the remainder balance issued as a credit to be used with us at www.autumnleighs.com. Refunds will not be processed for improper placement, improper burning or display of candles, clearanced or discontinued items. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or strong florescent lighting or candles exposed to extreme heat are non-negotiable and are not refundable or restockable.
